Glitter and decorative elements may naturally settle over time. Simply shake the cup gently to redistribute the glitter. All snow globe cups are sealed and tested before shipment to ensure quality.

To Maintain the quality of your cup:
Hand wash only.
Not dishwasher safe.
Do not microwave.
Avoid extreme heat.
Improper care may damage the cup and will not qualify for replacement.

All Speed & Sage products are handmade. Slight variations, minor imperfections, or small bubbles may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handmade items. These do not affect the function or quality of the product.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Speed & Sage within 48 hours of delivery. The email must include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.
requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or incorrect, Speed & Sage may offer a replacement of the same item after reviewing the submitted photos.
Replacements are issued at our discretion and are limited to one replacement per order. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in rare circumstances where a replacement cannot be provided.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Speed & Sage does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time may increase during high volume time periods such as holidays, product launches, or viral social media activity,

During product launches, sales events, or viral social media activity, processing times may be extended slightly due to increased order volume. Speed & Sage will always work to ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciates your patience while each handmade item is created.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Speed & Sage ships orders once per week on Tuesdays.
Orders placed Sunday through Saturday will ship the following Tuesday, Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once a package has been shipped and tracking number has been provided, Speed & Sage is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping company.
